Along with the development of science and technology, the processed adversary incidents have been added to natural disasters as an element of human life. The number and variety of these events, as a serious challenge to the sustainable development of human societies, are exposed to daily increase. Meanwhile, the current paper aims at examination of all dimensions, elements and consequences of a nuclear crisis and exploration of preparedness elements to counter the nuclear crises. The main question of this study deals with the relation between resilience and nuclear crisis management and the preparedness steps to be taken for tackling the crises. Given the dimension and sphere of the nuclear crises and the widespread consequences, the index of nuclear resilience is compared to the elements of crisis management, and the preparedness steps to be taken for these crises are explored through on-desk studies, contrastive analysis and descriptive method.
