One of the essential and foundational elements of the power of the Islamic Republic of Iran is the strategic leadership of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces. This role became particularly evident in today’s unstable, uncertainty-laden, and chaotic global environment, especially during the twelve-day imposed war. During this critical period, His Eminence demonstrated an unparalleled model of high-level crisis management. By relying on intelligent strategies and through the timely recognition of a high-risk situation, he preserved national stability and balance. Through decisive leadership, the effective actions of the Armed Forces, and the sacred and remarkable unity of the people, he successfully controlled, repelled, and resolved the crisis, ultimately leading to the victory of the Iranian nation over the aggressor enemy. Accordingly, this article is based on the central research question: What were the crisis-management strategies of the Commander-in-Chief during the twelve-day war? To address this question, the study employs a qualitative thematic analysis method. Through a systematic examination of His Eminence’s statements and directives, relevant data and key concepts were extracted. Following the processes of coding, analysis, and interpretive synthesis, higher-order themes were identified, from which key strategies were derived: synergizing national identity with religious resolve and sovereignty based on historical resilience; action-oriented and uncompromising resistance; aggressive, cost-imposing, and regret-inducing action; control of emotional arousal within the sphere of public opinion; sustaining social order and the natural flow of everyday life; continuity of service-oriented performance; and strengthening collective morale based on divine support.
