In cognitive warfare, the enemy uses the technological platform to control the space of perception, change beliefs, and conquer the audience's mind. Identifying technological threats to media literacy in the face of cognitive warfare is, in fact, protecting human intellectual and cognitive independence in the age of algorithms and artificial intelligence. The aim of the research is to identify technological threats to media literacy in the face of "cognitive warfare" and the question: "What are the technological threats to media literacy in the face of cognitive warfare?" was conducted with a mixed approach. The statistical population includes active professors and experts in media literacy and cognitive warfare. Library and field studies were used to collect research information. Interviews were conducted with purposeful sampling, in-depth and unstructured until theoretical saturation was reached. In the findings, the threats were categorized into two axes: "Digital technology and infrastructure" and "Cognitive media and communications." The results indicate that the instrumental use of algorithms, behavioral data mining, deep forgery, and information bombing are examples of the use of technology to change the attitudes and cognitive orientation of audiences, and algorithmic bias plays a key role in the cognitive threat to society, leading to increased public distrust, increased social polarization, and weakened national cohesion. Cognitive warfare in the digital age is no longer simply media-based, but has become technological and data-driven, and media literacy must be upgraded from content consumption education to technological and algorithmic literacy in order to strengthen society's cognitive defense capabilities.
